A Letter From VP of Recruitment
Fellow Matadors and prospective new members,
As the Recruitment chair for the Interfraternity Council my goal is to make sure all policies and regulations are being followed and upheld to the highest standard. We have a strict anti-hazing policy to ensure all potential new members are being treated in a proper fashion. I, along with the rest of the IFC board decide the dates for recruitment each semester and we do daily checks at each event to make sure everything is going both smoothly and efficiently. An important aspect of my job is to remain impartial and provide an opportunity for all potential new members to see the different fraternities that we have to offer here at California State University, Northridge in order to find one that best suits the individual. I also provide assistance for any IFC fraternity that may ask for help along the recruitment process. I am an outlet for anyone interested in joining a fraternity, whether its for advice or just to get an insight in ho the whole process works.
